Sales Service

Every enquiry we receive for a new play area starts with a visit from one of our experienced Sales Managers, who will meet with the customer to obtain information regarding the ideas and wishes for their new play area. A thorough Site Survey will then be completed for our Design Team.

Design

Our Dedicated Design Team then get to work to produce your ideal play area, producing a working drawing and a 3D image for you to visualise your finished play area. All this is a complimentary service which Play & Leisure offer to all our Customers.

Manufacture

When completely satisfied with your chosen design our highly skilled team of fabricators start to manufacture your equipment, using high quality steel, to the relevant European standard. All fabrication is completed in house at our workshops in North Wales and all steel sourced locally so you know you are buying British.

The next stage your equipment will pass through is the coating process. Firstly the steel is shot blasted to SA2.5. We then apply a 70 micron thick epoxy based zinc phosphate primer as standard. This is a sacrificial coating to act as a rust inhibitor. At this stage we also offer the option of galvanising as an alternative. A 70 micron thick coating of polyester powder is then applied, which gives our equipment its vivid colour. All this is then baked together in an oven to form a resilient coating that will protect your play equipment for many years to come.

Installation

Your equipment is now ready for delivery where our highly experienced team of installers are waiting to produce your dream play area. All equipment is supplied with the appropriate installation details along with the working drawing of your design to ensure a hassle free installation. If you are arranging for your own installation, all equipment will be delivered to your preferred destination at your convenience.

Your new play area will have been designed with your choice of safety surfacing. Wet pour can not only be used as an impact absorbing surface, but will enhance your new area with a variety of colours and designs to add play value. Grassmat is an innovative modular surfacing system, designed for both safety and grass preservation. Both Play Bark and Sand can be offered as an alternative and due to the required extra depth we will extend all legs of the equipment at no extra cost.

we also offer a wide range of dog proof fencing and gates for your play area which include the choice of bow top or flat top fencing, self closing or latch pedestrian and vehicle access gates.
